Matt focuses his practice on: negotiating all manner of commercial contracts, with particular expertise in information technology and intellectual property; advising clients with respect to privacy and information security related matters, including regulatory compliance and third-party risk; AI risk management, compliance and governance; and managing, defending, licensing, and enforcing domestic and international trademark portfolios.
