Matt has acted as lead counsel for clients in more than 20 district court and post-grant proceedings (such as inter partes review matters) and has successfully argued multiple matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Leveraging his technical background, Matt’s experience cuts across a broad spectrum of technologies, including consumer electronics, memory systems, various automotive systems, and software and networking technologies.
