Matt’s clients include private equity buyers and other active business acquirers in financial and strategic transactions. Matt’s buy-side transactions include representation of medical and veterinary groups in acquisitions of portfolio companies and practices. Matt also represents private target companies in mergers and acquisitions where, in addition to medical and veterinary practices, Matt represents companies in various manufacturing spaces.

Additionally, Matt’s practice includes the structuring and formation of private investment funds, and general outside counsel services to many of his clients and their portfolio companies.
