Marzia Amiconi provides legal advice in all TMT areas notably in radio/television and new media at national and international level including smartphone applications, network operators and suppliers, AVOD/SVOD, Smart TV and ecc.

Marzia assists companies in audiovisual media service area on legal issues related to i) licensing and authorisations including those for terrestrial digital transmissions and ii) public tender procedures, in addition to the administrative law elements of corporate matters.

She represents clients before the Authority for Communication Standards, The Ministry of the Enterprises and Made in Italy and before Courts at all levels of civil and administrative procedure.

Marzia is also an expert in multimedia contents and she provides assistance to companies and/or authors in the IP area and exploitation of media contents.
