Experience
Martyn frequently acts for a number of large property developers, advising on high-value and complex property development joint ventures throughout the country.
Additionally, he also has extensive experience of advising institutional banks on their lending and security arrangements as part of their funding of corporate transactions, such as management buy-outs and other deal structures.
Martyn completed his Bachelor of Laws at Nottingham Trent University and his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.
