He advises both borrowers and lenders in particular on financing with regards to real estate acquisition, refinancing and development. Furthermore, Martin Wilmsen advises on project financing and financing of public private partnerships (PPPs).

In the ESG space, Martin is advising clients on green and sustainable finance matters, frequently drafting and negotiating green loans and sustainability-linked loans with a particular focus on real estate finance. He has advised clients on their template green loan documentation as well as green loan frameworks (lender side). He is also the founder of the German ESG Forum.
