After more than 30 years in court and in law firms, Martin has a broad and extensive experience of dispute resolution before both Swedish courts and Swedish and international arbitration tribunals. He has been counsel in more than 200 Swedish and international arbitration proceedings. For many years, Martin has also been a sought-after arbitrator. He is appointed as party-appointed arbitrator, chairman and sole arbitrator in arbitrations under the SCC or ICC rules as well as UNCITRAL and ad hoc proceedings. His experience covers disputes in a wide range of areas and industries, including M&A, construction, infrastructure and telecoms, and he has been successful in five cases in the Supreme Court. Martin’s clients include governments, Swedish and foreign listed companies and public entities.
