With over 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Mois has primarily focused his practice on technology, corporate, commercial, and real estate matters. He has advised both local and foreign companies on legal and technological issues, protection and exploitation of their intangible assets, technology transfer, contractual implementation of their business models, and related aspects such as personal data protection.
In corporate matters advice and support entities and non-profit organizations on structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance. In real estate, he advises national and foreign companies on property acquisition and disposition, development of residential and commercial real estate projects, terms of exploitation, administration, and negotiation of mitigation agreements with the government arising from real estate projects.
Mr. Mois is an opinion leader in fintech, technology, data protection, and cybersecurity matters. During 2022-2023, he participated, through FinteChile and other fintech companies, in discussions on the fintech bill, the transition of the payments industry to a four-party model, and the implementation of maximum interchange fees in line with recent regulatory changes in Chile. Frequently participates in forums and seminars about fintech, technology, and corporate matters.
