Martin Furrer is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Zurich office.

Martin's professional practice focuses on advising international clients on large real estate, M&A, private equity, corporate reorganizations and governance topics.

Martin currently serves as a member of the board of directors of a number of publicly listed and privately held companies. He also teaches the highly reputable legal module in Switzerland of the INSEAD Board executive education program (IN-BOARD), which offers a framework for board members to learn more about the increasingly difficult environment they face during their mandate.
