Dr Marta Michałek-Gervais is a qualified Polish attorney-at-law with a PhD in law from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland. She advises Polish and foreign clients on various antitrust, merger control and consumer protection issues and regularly represents clients before the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and in proceedings before civil courts.
Marta has extensive experience in particular in merger control cases, especially in regard to the energy, banking, IT, and real estate sectors.
Marta also specialises in issues in the field of European law. She is the author or co-author of numerous publications on competition law and EU law, including contributions to a leading textbook on EU law.
