Marta focuses her professional practice on providing pre-contentious advice and acting on behalf of clients in legal proceedings related to industrial property, in particular, those involving trade marks and industrial designs and unfair competition.
She also advises clients on trade marks and designs in the Intellectual Property Offices (OEPM, EUIPO and WIPO) and undertakes their defence at different levels in national and EU courts (General Court and the Court of Justice of the EU).
In particular, Marta has extensive experience in advising clients on protection and defence of their intellectual property rights in various fields, (judicial, customs offices and inspections), by developing protection strategies, and on negotiating and drawing up agreements in this respect.
