Marnie represents her clients in all aspects of their estate planning, with the goal of reducing wealth transfer tax and ensuring that wealth passes in accordance with clients’ wishes.

In the area of estate planning, she works with clients to prepare wills, revocable trusts and life insurance trusts as well as more sophisticated tax structures such as dynasty trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts and qualified personal residence trusts.
