Markus Löscher is the founding partner of Littler Austria and discovered his passion for labor law early on. He specializes in advising on cross-border matters and restructuring. Due to his love of travel, he is the main contact for our international clients.

Markus studied law at the University of Vienna and worked for 10 years in one of Austria's most renowned employment law boutiques, where he became equity partner in 2020. In 2024, he was honored to be ranked for the second consecutive year by Chambers and Partners. He is a speaker at seminars and congresses on various labor law topics in Austria and abroad and publishes articles regularly.
