Marko Bohaček advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, especially shareholder and corporate governance disputes. In addition, Marko supports clients on capital markets matters and the structuring and implementation of investment projects in Croatia.

Marko holds an LL.M. from the University of Zagreb, where he graduated among the top-ranked students of his class. He gained international experience during at Maastricht University and attended the College of Business at City University of Hong Kong focusing on capital markets and economic strategy matters.
