Mark is an intellectual property litigator with over 20 years’ experience, advising on a wide range of cross-border, contentious matters.

Mark has particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional patent disputes, as well as in patent licensing and trade secrets disputes, advising clients primarily from the life sciences, technology and financial services sectors.

Mark has a technical background (BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering), allowing him to take on the most complex cases whilst delivering strategic and commercial advice to clients.
