Mark is an expert in superyacht and luxury asset related matters offering his clients a comprehensive, transactional and contentious, service within this highly specialised area of law.

On the transactional side Mark is actively involved in yacht construction, yacht sale and purchase, refit and yacht finance work.

Mark regularly advises on appropriate superyacht ownership structures, VAT/Tax related matters, crew employment, operational issues, charter, berth sale and purchase and regulatory compliance.

On the contentious side, Mark holds higher rights of audience and is highly skilled at resolving high value disputes in a no nonsense manner. He regularly acts for clients in private arbitrations as well as litigation in the commercial courts and has an impeccable track record.

Mark also acts for clients in the sale, purchase and ownership of private jets, helicopters, aviation engines.

Mark enjoys building long lasting personal relationships with his clients and works with a global clientele that includes a number of the world’s most successful business men and women, their families and private family offices as well as companies operating in the ultra-luxury space.
