Mark Mangan is a partner in Dechert’s international arbitration team. He has been retained by clients for over 20 years to help resolve disputes all around the world. Mr. Mangan serves as counsel (over 50 cases) and arbitrator (over 20 cases). As counsel, Mr. Mangan represents clients in complex matters, often with government or political dimensions, in the oil and gas, mining, finance, telecommunications, crypto, manufacturing, construction and sports sectors. As arbitrator, Mr. Mangan has been appointed under the rules of arbitration of SIAC, ICC, LCIA, KCAB, HKIAC and SCC, and an ad hoc arbitrator under Singapore law.
