Mark regularly represents distressed or insolvent companies and acquirers of assets primarily in the bankruptcy court in Wilmington, Delaware. Mark also assists secured and unsecured creditors seeking financial recoveries in often trying situations in state and federal courts, primarily in Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
Career
Before joining Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP, Mark was a partner in the Creditors’ Rights practice group at Womble Bond Dickinson (US), LLP, was counsel in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights group at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, and practiced at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, LLP, and Ballard Spahr LLP.
