I’m an attorney, professor, and entrepreneur with 27 years in the healthcare industry. I founded Gardner Law, an FDA-focused firm handling regulatory, compliance, privacy, litigation, and commercial matters for FDA-regulated companies.
I also founded Chrysalis Incubator, where I work with inventors and early-stage teams to bring medical technologies from idea to market. I teach FDA and health law courses at the University of Minnesota Law School, Mitchell Hamline, and the Carlson School of Management.
Earlier in my career, I held commercial roles in medical device and biotech companies, which grounded my approach in business realities, risk, and execution. I often speak and write on FDA-related matters.
