Mark has extensive experience in intellectual property law and has conducted major litigation in both the UK and Australia for locally based and international clients across the whole spectrum of IP work. Whilst most of his work is on the contentious side, he has extensive experience in licensing, brand portfolio management, collaborative research agreements and other agreements concerning the vesting and exploitation of intellectual property rights.
Mark has an LLB from the University of Adelaide and an LLM from the University of London. He worked in the field of intellectual property for some 12 years in London and Melbourne, Australia before becoming a partner at Hewitsons in 2002.
Mark lives in Cambridge with his family, and his spare time is taken up by children, travel, reading, theatre, music and golf.
