They are also fellows of ACICA and, in the case of Mark Dempsey SC, a fellow of several other notable local and international arbitral bodies.

Mark Dempsey is regarded as one of the most experienced construction counsel in the country. He is regularly appointed as counsel, and arbitrator, in complex infrastructure disputes. Duncan Miller SC is regarded as a market leader in his field. Duncan regularly appears in high value and high profile matters. Both Duncan Miller and Nuala Simpson are counsel in the high profile new Royal Adelaide Hospital dispute. They are also acting in high value international arbitrations arising from the Ichthys LNG project in Darwin.
