Mr. Boyle was the prevailing attorney in the matter of United States Fire Insurance Company v. J.S.U.B., Inc. 979 So. 2d 871 (Fla. 2007). The J.S.U.B. decision allowed coverage for defective construction for contractors and developers under commercial general liability policies (CGL) for the first time in Florida history.
