Represented IFC in 2 secured loans for an aggregate amount of MXN$1,050 million to ALTUM CP and CKD RF ESTRUCTURADA.

Represented IIC in a secured loan to Crédito Real.

Represented IFC in a secured loan to Red Amigo DAL.

Represented IFC in a MXN$2,600 secured loan granted to FHipo.

Represented IFC, Bancomext and CIBanco in the US$160 million loan granted to a Mexican pharmaceutical company.

Represented IFC in the MXN$1,960 million loan granted to a CKD managed by Credit Suisse (México).
