Marija Gregorić

Marija Gregorić is a Co-chair of Babić & Partners' Corporate and M&A practice and the Chair of the firm’s Employment practice. For more than 20 years she has advised a wide range of industry international clients within two main areas of law, one being M&A/corporate and the other employment law. As part of her M&A/corporate practice, Marija is experienced in general corporate counseling and in structuring, negotiating and implementing a variety of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity transactions. She represented a number of prominent multinational companies (as buyers or sellers) in sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.

Marija is equally at home counselling multinational corporates on all of their employment needs, from day-to-day human resources requirements, including recruitment and terminations, employment benefits, to critical global business change projects, collective redundancies and labor litigation.
