Mariarosaria Ganino

Mariarosaria Ganino is a partner of MLAB Abogados, which she joined in 2004.

She specialises in competition law and EU law.

She advises clients in a wide range of competition law matters, such as restrictive agreements, abusive conduct, distribution practices, state aid or mergers, both in administrative proceedings before competition authorities and judicial proceedings before national and European courts. Her practice focuses on the pharmaceuticals, communications & media, e-commerce, sports, transport and energy sectors.

Mariarosaria teaches competition law in post-graduate programmes and has published numerous articles and contributions to collective works in her field of specialisation.
