Work Highlights

Zonenschein´s Law Firm deals with some of the country's largest disputes, such as the recent judicial settlement where the firm led an agreement between its client, Banco Safra, a major player who opposed the terms of the settlment, and the Americanas Group. Zonenschein is also at the center of a legal dispute over intellectual property between Osklen and Caetano Veloso, defending the fashion brand´s right to claim aesthetic elements of the famous Brazilian late sixties “Tropicalia movement”. In this case, the Law firm acted to effectively prevent the granting of an injunction to suspend the marketing of Osklens fashion collection. The firm’s positive results are one of the main reasons for its growth and reputation in the market.
