Maria Pia Hope

Maria-Pia Hope was a partner at Vinge for over two decades and served as the firm’s Managing Partner from 2012 to 2024, where she was responsible for developing and implementing its strategy. A highly experienced banking and finance partner, she has advised on numerous international and domestic financing and restructuring projects over several decades.

In recognition of her contributions to the legal profession, Maria-Pia received the Swedish Bar Association’s annual award for distinguished service in 2019. In 2022, she was named Årets Chef (Swedish Leader of the Year) and was listed among the 125 most powerful women in business by Veckans Affärer/Dagens Industri from 2017 to 2024.

Maria-Pia currently serves as Chair of RE:FI STHLM’s Advisory Board, where she plays an active role in shaping the firm’s strategy and development.
