Marcus is an associate in Reed Smith’s Global Commercial Disputes Group.

He has broad experience of commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, fraud claims, trading disputes, sanctions related disputes, and general commercial contract disputes. He also has experience of advising on internal investigations.

Marcus has worked on both High Court litigation and commercial arbitration, across a range of arbitral institutions.
