Marcus typically represents borrower clients, buyers and other interested parties in all industries, especially healthcare (including all types of providers), retail, food and beverage, energy, manufacturing, distribution and franchise.

Marcus represents corporate, partnership and LLC debtors, trustees, creditor committees, private equity funds, family offices and hedge funds in workouts, change-of-control transactions and complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, including pre-packaged or pre-negotiated transactions and related complex commercial litigation.
