Expert in antitrust, anti-corruption, compliance, and state regulation, Mr. Malvar sits on the Advisory Board of the Brazilian Institute for Competition, Consumer, and International Trade Studies (Ibrac) and previously served on the leadership of the Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association (ABA). He is also a reviewer for the Revista de Defesa da Concorrência (RDC) magazine, which is published by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). He is a Non-Governmental Advisor (NGA) to the International Competition Network (ICN), invited by CADE.
