Marco Moya

Marco Moya Jiménez is an Ecuadorian attorney and Director of Investments at Almeida Guzmán & Asociados, with a professional focus on investment structuring, public-private partnerships (PPPs), strategic projects, public law, and the legal protection of investments. He holds a law degree from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito and a Master’s degree in Labor Legal Advisory from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

His professional background includes serving as Undersecretary of Investments of Ecuador, Director of Investment Policies at the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investments and Fisheries, and Secretary of the Strategic Committee for the Promotion and Attraction of Investments (CEPAI).
