Marcin Trepka

Marcin Trepka is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Trepka Wurm & Partners and one of Poland’s leading experts in competition law, consumer protection, and private enforcement litigation. For nearly two decades, he has represented businesses in some of the most complex cartel, distribution agreement, and abuse of dominance cases, including during dawn raids and inspections conducted by competition authorities. Marcin advises clients at every stage of a competition matter, from the first contact with the authority, through proceedings before the President of the Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) or the European Commission, to appeals against adverse decisions. He represents clients before Polish and EU courts, as well as before the Polish Supreme Court.

He has unique experience in damages actions arising from infringements of competition law. Acting for both claimants and defendants, he combines deep antitrust expertise with the ability to develop effective litigation strategies, assess the economic foundations of claims, and manage complex, high-value disputes.

Marcin actively contributes to the international debate on competition policy as Co-Chair of the Cartels and Leniency Working Group of the ICC Competition Commission in Paris, Vice-Chair of the ICC Poland Competition Commission, and a Non-Governmental Advisor (NGA) to the International Competition Network, appointed by the President of UOKiK.
