Marcin Kondracki

Marcin Kondracki specializes in criminal law and has a unique expertise as litigator and criminal defense counsel.

His practice focuses on white-collar crime and penal fiscal crime projects, where he has unparalleled experience in a variety of business-related criminal proceedings in front of the Polish authorities. He has vast experience in corporate crime matters, having represented both companies and individuals in proceedings against board members in fraud cases, in asset stripping cases against debtors, in criminal investigations related to abuse of office, in particular in criminal fiscal proceedings, as well as in corruption, cyber-crime, public procurement cases involving criminal practices, and many others. Marcin also represents clients in the disciplinary proceedings conducted by professional self-governments of public trust professions. He advises corporate clients in corporate liability issues and crisis situations, reducing the risk of committing economic crimes.

Marcin Kondracki is the managing partner at Kondracki Celej and a leader of the white-collar crime practice.

Marcin is a lecturer of criminal law and criminal procedures at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He is a former member of the Training Committee for the advocates’ trainees at the District Bar Council in Warsaw, and a former Deputy Disciplinary Prosecutor of the Bar Association in Warsaw. Marcin is currently a Judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
