Throughout his career, Marcelo conducted relevant insolvency cases, even prior the enactment of the Brazil's Bankruptcy Law in 2005.

He specializes in issues of corporate restructuring and judicial recovery, representing national and international companies, especially financial institutions in recovery of credits in judicial recovery processes.
