As advisor and Chief of Staff to the president of CADE from 2015 until 2016, Marcela acquired a wide breadth of knowledge in antitrust matters, as well as in the composition and organization of the Brazilian System for Competition Defence. Marcela joined VMCA when the firm was launched, in January 2017, becoming the partner responsible for technology and data privacy matters, as her academic path focuses on internet and technology – currently, she directly advises clients such as Facebook, Ambev, Baxter, Braskem, among others.
