Marc is heading our IP/IT team.

He is very active in brand management and in securing IP rights in transactional work regarding acquisition of rights and operation of the same, as well as IP/data rich and cutting edge transactions in the tech and digital environment, with a strong focus on ensuring GDPR compliance.

Marc is further strongly involved in litigation regarding trademark and copyright infringement within the framework of content communication and digital rights.

Member of the Paris Bar (1995), he is graduated in International Commercial Law and holds an LLM from the University of Reading (UK). Before joining Taylor Wessing France in October 2017, he was a partner at Bird & Bird law firm. Marc is listed as a leading practitioner in his field in several rankings.
