A co-founder of the firm, Marc is recognised in the market as being one of London’s leading specialist disputes lawyers and has many years' of experience in acting on complex business-related disputes. He specialises in high-value financial and commercial cases, including litigation, international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Most of his cases are undertaken in the High Court and the Appellate Courts in the UK, although much of the work has an international dimension. Marc has particular expertise in financial sector disputes, frequently acting against the banks for hedge funds and other clients. Marc also acts on complex commercial fraud cases, partnership, shareholder and joint venture disputes and professional negligence actions as well as a range of other commercial disputes.
