Career

Manuela is the Managing Partner and co-founder of GNP Guia Naghi & Partners starting July 1st 2019. Before founding GNP, Manuela acted as a Big 4 Partner and a Partner of a top Romanian law firm. She combines in-depth knowledge of RO and EU law with a vast legal expertise and business acumen, having represented top multinational and local corporations in the private sectors of Pharma and Health Care, IT & Telecom, Electronics, Retail, Energy, Media and Entertainment, as well as public sector clients.

Manuela is recommended by the main international legal publications as a top expert in competition, TMT, public procurement law, being recognized for her significant experience in all complex aspects of the mentioned fields.
