Career

Co-Managing Partner and head of the Commercial Law Department at RRBS Legal. State Attorney on voluntary leave, in 2004 he founded a boutique specialized in Securities Market Law, Administrative Law and Commercial Law. Arbitrator, member in a major Spanish Courts of Arbitration. He performed as a State Attorney in Zamora and León, at the High Court of Justice of Madrid and at the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Treasury, Energy Department. During the years 2000-2004 he was hired by the CNMV (Financial Services Authority) as the Deputy Director of its Legal Counsel, within the Markets Division, and he was appointed as a member of its Advisory Committee between the years 2010―2012. Manuel has advised major multinational companies, including several top companies in the construction and financial sector.
