Career

Magdalena joined the firm’s immigration arm in 2017 after gaining valuable in-house legal experience. In her immigration role, she assisted some of the firm’s most affluent families and developed significant expertise in investment and entrepreneur immigration in Malta. In 2020, she transitioned to the firm’s tax services arm, where she assumed responsibility for the personal tax advisory and compliance team. Her focus includes personal tax planning, tax residency, and special tax status programmes tailored to private clients seeking relocation to Malta.

In 2025, Magdalena was promoted to Director, Private Client Tax. Combining her legal background with deep experience in private client advisory, she now specialises in coordinating complex cross-border mandates that span tax, wealth structuring, and multiple practice areas. She advises a diverse clientele including family offices, professional athletes, artists and digital creators, crypto entrepreneurs, aviation and maritime professionals, and C-level executives. Her strategic guidance encompasses international tax planning, asset protection, and estate structuring, delivering holistic solutions for globally mobile individuals.

Magdalena is also a regular contributor to international immigration and tax conferences, summits, and workshops in which the firm and its professional services entities participate.
