Lukas Glanzmann's practice focuses on debt financing, restructuring & insolvency, corporate and accounting law as well as mergers & acquisitions.
After being admitted to the bar, Lukas Glanzmann completed his doctorate in corporate law at the University of St. Gallen and subsequently obtained an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School. In 2006, Lukas Glanzmann habilitated at the University of St. Gallen and is now a titular professor of business law.
Lukas Glanzmann has published various articles on issues of corporate, credit and accounting law, on restructuring & insolvency and in the field of corporate governance. He has been invited as an expert by various commissions on several occasions.
