Some of his most representative transactions include: structuring the financing of mining projects of the some of the largest mining companies in Chile; M&A transactions regarding a wide range of industries and companies, in particular natural resources, salmon farms, waste management and disposal; acquisition and financing of real estate projects (residential and comercial); development and sale of over 25 solar distributed generation projects; advisory services to companies in the hospitality industry (involving Holiday Inn, Hilton, Atton); legal adviser to the IDB on the financing of the first desalination plant for urban services (Antofagasta); legal adviser to a number of prestigious higher education institutions on a wide range of matters, including the construction and launch of a University Clinic; legal adviser to a number of foreign companies and foreign investors establishing in Chile, from large multinationals to small and medium size companies.
