Ludomir Biedecki is a partner in the Corporate team at Bird & Bird's Warsaw office. He advises clients on share and asset transactions, mergers, and other forms of corporate combinations either domestic or cross-border, both regarding listed and private companies, on the buy-side and sell-side. He has advised on numerous IPOs, SPOs, management stock options programmes, public takeovers, squeeze-outs, de-listings and issuances of bonds, whether assisting issuers or banks. He is well versed in financing (including securitisation and sub-participation) and business restructurings. He works with clients from different sectors, with an emphasis on the retail & consumer, food, and financial services industries. He also has experience in transactions regarding firms active in IT and TMT. He strives to adopt a practical approach to the advice he provides and puts an emphasis on helping the parties involved in reaching an understanding, specifically in cross-border projects which often requires taking cultural differences into account. He believes clear and concise communication is key in his role of legal advisor.
