- Commercial mortgage-backed securitzations (CMBS) — Lucy has extensive experience in the European CMBS market, having advised clients on a range of agency and conduit CMBS transactions in the UK and across Europe since 2005, covering multiple sectors, including logistics, retail, cold storage, hotels/leisure, multi-family, student housing, and office
- CRE warehouse and back-leverage transactions
- Infrastructure asset and corporate loan financings and securitizations
- Debt portfolio acquisitions/disposals and loan origination platforms/forward flow arrangements — Lucy has advised on some of the highest-profile transactions in the market across multiple jurisdictions and involving private and public securitizations to fund the acquisition of loan pools and lending businesses
