Practice Areas
Specialising in the resolution of family law matters upon divorce and separation, Lucy advises on the full range of family matters including financial disputes, divorce and civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation disputes and Schedule 1 applications, as well as enforcement in these cases as appropriate. She specialises in high-net-worth cases often representing individuals in business and the media and entertainment industries and their spouses/partners. Her cases frequently have an international element and involve intricate financial arrangements including trusts.
She also advises on and drafts pre and post nuptial agreements and has advised on nuptial agreements being entered in to in other jurisdictions.
Lucy has significant experience in children matters including contact, shared care arrangements, prohibited steps orders, specific issue orders, removal from the jurisdiction and cases involving relocation.
Lucy prides herself on her ability to build personal relationships with her clients, helping them reach agreement outside of the court arena wherever possible. Lucy also has significant experience of litigation and is able to provide robust representation when necessary. When it comes to enforcement, she has experience of enforcing financial orders including applications for passport orders and judgment summons.
