Recognition of divorces and marriages often also feature in her work.

Lucy specialises in the drafting of relationship agreements, including pre-marital and post-marital agreements. Many of the cases Lucy has handled have necessitated at least initial involvement of advice and sometimes possibly the joinder of lawyers in other jurisdictions.
