Career

Founding partner of Goulart Penteado, she joined Demarest Advogados for almost 10 years. Graduated in Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU (1998) and in Social Communication, with Specialization in Public Relations, by Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado – FAAP (1989). Specialist in Civil Procedural Law by FMU (1999). She attended a preparatory course for LL.M., Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama, USA (1997).

With over 20 years of experience dedicated to Civil Litigation, she focuses his practice in Consumer Law, advising and representing national and foreign companies from the most diverse industry sectors, such as aviation, automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, technology, retail, health, among others, in legal and/or administrative disputes and other market strategies.

She leads a team of approximately 50 highly qualified professionals dedicated to the practice of Civil Litigation, with deep knowledge in their areas and segments of activity.

Author of several specialized publications related to the most diverse topics of Law. She is an active member of the Brazilian Institute of Competition, Consumption and International Trade Studies (IBRAC), helping to organize seminars and frequently participating in major Consumer Law events.

She is widely recognized by its peers and clients and is repeatedly indicated by the main national and international Legal Rankings, as a reference in the area of ​​Consumer Law, among them Chambers and Partners, Leaders League, Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal, Benchmark Litigation, Analysis Advocacy and Best Lawyers.
