"We handle the entire transaction advice, from its conception from the urban perspective (land use norms, building permits required, among others), through its full development in the real estate structuring (acquisition, development among others), taking into account the tax effects of the transaction. We assist clients in the structuring, development and negotiation of urban and real estate transactions at a local, regional and global level. Our services include:
