Lucía Goy Mastromiechele is the Founder and Managing Partner of Gentile Law. Her practice is primarily focused on Corporate Tax, International Taxation and High-Net-Worth Advisory. She advises clients on tax-efficient investment structures, cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and wealth planning strategies for multinational family offices and institutional investors.
Lucía has extensive experience structuring complex international transactions, designing innovative tax frameworks, and advising on private equity investments, real estate acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. She regularly counsels multinational corporations, investment funds, and high-net-worth individuals on the tax implications of their investments across multiple jurisdictions.
Lucía began her career in the Tax Department of Uría Menéndez in Madrid, where she gained solid experience in tax structuring and wealth management. She later worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, advising on high-profile transactions in their New York, London, Brussels, and Madrid offices.
Throughout her career, she has led complex M&A, private equity, and real estate transactions, advising clients on tax structuring, investment strategy, and cross-border regulatory matters. Her global perspective and strong analytical skills allow her to craft pragmatic, business-oriented solutions for sophisticated investors and corporate clients.
She is also a professor of International Taxation at Universidad Complutense and ISDE.
