Career
Lucia has over 40 years of experience, specialising in real estate law. She started her career as a legal manager for a large developer, coordinating all of the legal department’s activities. She focuses on the structuring and development of real estate transactions, purchasing of urban and rural properties, real estate due diligence, drafting and monitoring purchase and sale contracts, exchange agreements, built-to-suit and construction contracts. Lucia also assists clients with the preparation of briefs for real estate subdivision and the formation of large residential and commercial developments, shopping centres, hotels, hospitals, multipurpose buildings and legal guidance for other real estate transactions.
She is regularly recognised as a leading lawyer by national and international publications, such as Chambers, The Legal 500, Leaders League, Best Lawyers, and Análise Advocacia 500.
